Highlights from recent events
Join Gate City FSC and Conway Arena in fighting cancer
Gate City FSC is proud to announce we will be holding a Scott Hamilton Cares Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer fundraising event at Conway Arena on April 1, 2017.
We are recruiting teams for the Frozen 5k Skate-a-thon and more! We will also feature raffles, food and family fun. Conway Arena has generously made ice time available for this fundraising effort. You don't have to skate to participate! Read more about this great event!
This fundraiser will help fight cancer locally! The money raised from raffles and other activities during the event will benefit a local family, the Kleins, whose widowed mother is raising three young boys alone. Ten-year old Dylan Klein has been battling a brain tumor for over a year. Join us and show your support for this cause and this family!
JUST ADDED! The event will include a Public Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer. Make a $25 donation and have fun skating! The donation covers up to four family members and includes skate rentals.
We're looking for sponsors and contributors! Donate a raffle item or basket, or sponsor promotional materials, food or music. If you are interested in contributing to this worthwhile event, contact us here.
The annual Conway Arena-Gate City FSC spring show preparations are underway!
Coordinating with our SK8 to Elimin8 Cancer event, Conway Arena has generously agreed to donate the show admissions to the fund-raiser! Join us at the fund-raising event on April 1 and for the show on June 3, both at Conway Arena.
