Testing Outside of Conway?

If you are testing at an outside test session (in person or virtual), you will need a Permission to Test form.

You must email the club box with your request AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE the test and we will take care of filling it out and sending it back to you. Club Email: gatecityfsc@gmail.com

You must include 

• your skater’s USFSA number

• intended test

• location of the test session

• date of the test session
