Off-ice training for members who want to improve their strength, stamina and form
Note: occasionally a class may be cancelled due to holiday or competition schedules.
Classes are $10 each, payable directly to the instructor.

Wednesdays, 5:15 - 6:00 p.m. - Ballet Class with Biana Serbin
Class will only be held as long as there are at least five participants. Please email Biana by the Tuesday before the class if you plan to attend.
Biana Serbin specializes in body movement, character, facial expressions and Ballroom Dance. Body movement and posture are extremely important in skating along with having the character of the music. Dance and fitness helps with flexibility, movement, strength and grace. Biana's dance classes are specifically meant for body movement and body lines. Biana was a National Dancesport Champion of the Republic of Moldova, three-time Moldavian representative to the USSR National Championships, USSR National Medalist in the Formation Division, Israeli National Professional Dancesport finalist and representative in international competition.
Fridays, 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. - Strengthening Workout with Kristen Morrison
Kristen Morrison is an AFAA Certified group fitness instructor and trainer who has been training and teaching for over thirty years. Group fitness specialties include Pilates, Barre, Step Aerobics, Body Pump and Bootcamp. Team trainings include University of Massachusetts men's baseball, Nashua South's girl's lacrosse, NH Flames AAU girl's basketball and Gate City Figure Skating Club.
